"The data we have been analyzing in recent years shows that there is clearly a continuing disadvantage for persons with disabilities compared to persons without disabilities. They have more unemployment and less employment, they are at higher risk of poverty, especially as the degree of disability increases. And, in fact, persons with disabilities are still far from having access to all human rights.
