In addition to school, occupational activity centres and other occupational responses to persons with disabilities have been closed. Children and adults who used to spend their days there, are now at home. Families seek to protect their children as much as possible, now more than ever, fearing that in the event of a ventilator shortage, they be placed at the bottom of the list.
