01-03-2019 | ODDH contribution related with amendment proposals to Decree-Law 54/2018 on inclusive education

On February 26, 2019, a Public Hearing was held on the Portuguese Parliament to discuss the amendment proposals to Decree-Law n. º 54/2018, which establishes the legal regime of inclusive education. The Public Hearing was promoted by the Working Group on Special Education, of the Committee on Education and Science.

The amendments under discussion were proposed by the Parliamentary Groups of the CDS-PP, PSD, BE and PCP (available below in portuguese).

In addition to the Public Hearing, opinions and contributions on the proposed amendments could also be submitted in writing by 1 March 2019.
