The X Alter - European Society for Disability Research Conference will take place on July 7-8, 2012, in Brussels, Belgium. This year’s conference theme is “Rethinking institutions and deinstitutionalisation from a disability perspective”.
The Disability and Human Rights Observatory (ODDH) at Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (ISCSP) organizes a conference, on April 7th, 2022, between 10 a.m. and 12:30 a.m., on 'The Lens of Human Rights in Social Research on Disability: Indicators and Processes', at ISCSP-ULisboa and simultaneously online (through Zoom platform).
In this event, the report developed by ODDH "Persons with disabilities in Portugal – Human Rights Indicators 2021" will be presented.
This initiative also aims to promote reflection and debate on the participation of people with disabilities in research and social research projects that aim to promote their human rights.
