Amongst the 449 respondents who stated to need assistance from third parties to carry out daily life activities, 33,2% answered that personal assistance was suspended or reduced.

The survey carried out by the Disability and Human Rights Observatory (ODDH) revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic was responsible for the increase in inequality conditions in access to education for persons with disabilities, as well as reduced or suspended the therapies and social supports provided.
